Where can I buy Rhow products?
You can buy Rhow scrubs from our online store. You can also find our showroom address in the Contact section. Don't forget to make an appointment by calling our company phone before coming to our showroom! We will be happy to host you.
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes, you can place an order as a guest. However, when you create an account, you can save your shipping and billing addresses, view your order history, and find tracking numbers for your current orders. You can also receive emails about special deals, events, and other news that are only available to our subscribers.
In what currency is payment made?
For international purchases, payments are made in TL.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and all other major credit cards. Payments are made through IYZICO payment gateway.
How can I reach you?
You can reach us by emailing hello@rhow.shop and our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. Our customer service team is available 5 days a week, Monday – Friday. Requests submitted on weekends or public holidays will be answered the next business day.
I am a new customer. Can I get a discount on my order?
We welcome all our new customers with a 10% discount on new collections. To receive this discount, simply subscribe to our newsletter.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all countries in the world except Russia with flat-rate standard cargo. Our packages are sent from our central warehouse in Istanbul. For more information, you can visit our Logistics page.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days. However, shipping times may be longer during sales or holiday closures. During national holidays, such as April 6th to April 14th, orders will be processed on April 15th. For more information, please visit our Logistics page.

What should I do if the product I received is damaged or defective?

Absolutely. We do not store your credit card information and do not share your personal information with third parties.
