Returns and Exchanges
Return Conditions:
All products sent for return must be unworn, unused and in saleable condition. Products must be sent in their original packaging with all tags and markings attached. Please note that shipping costs for returns will be covered by the customer.
Return Process:
You can send the return from all cargo companies. For exchange, you can send it with our contracted Yurtiçi Kargo with customer code 1035798291, with the buyer paying. Rhow is not responsible for products damaged or lost during the return process. Make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service and packaged securely.
Return Process:
Once we receive your item(s), your refund will be processed within 5 - 7 business days to the original payment method you used when placing your order. Once the returned item(s) are inspected by our Quality Control department, we will notify you of the status of your return. When we process your return, we will refund the price stated on our website at the time of purchase.
Return Approval:
Rhow reserves the right to reject unauthorized returns that have not been approved. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
